fatty and alpha-linolenic acids.  

 

Flax oil also promotes healthy heart and cardiovascular wellness while decreasing inflammation.  Do not cook or heat with Flaxseed Oil.

Many processed foods are high in Omega-6 fatty acids. Flaxseed Oil is full of good Omega-3 fatty acids, containing a 4:1 ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6.
